Are you looking for a particular Carnival cruise that is not listed as a special? Carnival does release the discounted rate over a year in advance, but because of space limitations on our website, we are unable to list sailings that far in advance.  Please email us at info@interliner.com with the ship name and sail date and in addition if you have sailed with Carnival  before, state you live in, if you are a senior (55 yrs and older) and we can see what is the best available rate. Fuel Supplement Suspension Carnival: For all sailings departing Dec 17, 2008 will not be charge fuel supplement. For all clients who have paid the fuel supplements, it will be refunded via shipboard credit. For clients how have only placed deposits down, it will be removed from final total amounts.   Please note that Carnival reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement should the barrel of oil exceed above $70 according to the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index). Unfortunately, Carnival does not extend these disconted rates to cargo carrying companies.  However, most other cruise lines do.
