For clients who have placed deposits down, it will be removed from final total amounts...   Please note that Carnival reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement should the barrel of oil exceed above $70 according to the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index). Unfortunately, Carnival does not extend these disconted rates to cargo carrying companies.  However, most other cruise lines do.
