Fuel Supplement Suspensions: Norwegian: All sailings departing Jan 1, 2009 will not be charged a fuel supplement. For all clients who have paid the fuel supplements, it will be refunded via shipboard credit. For clients how have only placed deposits down, it will be removed from final total amounts.   Please note that Norwegian Cruise Lines reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all guests should the barrel of oil exceed above $65. Norwegian's lowest rates are usually for guarantee cabins (a reservation without a cabin assignment).  Unlike most other cruise lines that can book 3 and 4 passengers in a guarantee cabin, Norweigan cannot.   Most of the sailings will offer 3rd and 4th passenger rates, but they will most likely be higher than what is listed on our website and in our newsletter.
