Norwegian's lowest rates are usually for guarantee cabins (a reservation without a cabin assignment).  Unlike most other cruise lines that can book 3 and 4 passengers in a guarantee cabin, Norweigan cannot.   Most of the sailings will offer 3rd and 4th passenger rates, but they will most likely be higher than what is listed on our website and in our newsletter. NOTE: Prices listed below are cruise & port based upon per person double occupancy (2 in the room).
