INTERLINE ELIGIBLITY ON HOLLAND AMERICAEligibility is as follows: Interline employee, defined as active and retired employees of IATA/ARC appointed international, regional, courier, & cargo airlines (including retirees of defunct airlines) or air traffic controllers. Eligible family members are defined as spouses, parents, parents in law, and dependent children (as defined by the IRS) of the eligible employee. Additional guests sharing the same stateroom with an eligible employee are extended the Interline rates. ONE extra stateroom is permitted IF the number of immediate family members traveling with the eligible Interline employee exceeds the maximum number of guests in the first stateroom OR if it is to be occupied by adult dependent children meeting the HAL minimum age requirements. Eligible family members are approved for ONE cabin at the Interline rate when traveling without the employee.MILITARY ELIGIBLITY ON HOLLAND AMERICAFrom time to time Holland America offers "neighborhood appreciation" rates to military personnel.  Please realize that most of Holland America's interline ocean view cabins are obstructed.   Please note Holland America reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement should the barrel of oil exceed above $70 according to the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index).NOTE:  Holland America has a bump policy for Interline/Discounted rates.  It is possible, although not likely, that in an overbooking situation, they will, even at the last minute, advise of a bumping situation.  Fares will be refunded, and in most cases an alternative sailing offered.
