In order to receive the Interline or Military discounts each line requires proof of eligibility at booking time we must have a copy of your VALID Airline or other valid ID when you confirm your booking.

Some cruise lines such as Silversea, Seadream and Seabourn require a “letter of employment” also, please be sure to ask us if you have any questions regarding your eligibility to sail on a discounted fare.

Interline Definition: Cruise sales may only be made to current and retired airline employees at interline rates. AmaWaterways may extend the discounted rates to family, friends of airline employees and/or military and government employees, sharing the same cabin with the airline employee, on a departure by departure basis.

Carnival Cruises

The Interline rates are available for the following full-time employees of:

Passenger Airlines*, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA), Airline Pilots’ Association (ALPA), IATA (employees of IATA; not referring to travel agents who are members of IATA), Sabre, TravelPort (formerly Worldspan), Amadeus, Galileo, Cruise LIne Employees, Amtrak Employees.

*Note: Excluding charter airlines and non-airline related susidiary companies of the passenter airlines.

Courier company employees (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) DO NOT qualify with Carnival

Eligible Airline/Interline employee is permitted to book two cabins (CPGI/CPGO) as long as the second cabin is occupied by an eligible family member. Eligible family members include: husband, wife, mother or father of the employee, or dependent children 21 years old and younger.

Eligible Airline/Interliners can book up to three cabins total

Option 1:

1 airline/interline cabin (CPGI/CPGO), I elgibile family cabin (CPGI/CPGO), 1 non-eligible cabin (CPG3)

Military Eligibility

The military discount is only for US Military. The Military rates are available for the following people:

a) Military Personnel, National Guard Personnel, Reserves Personnel, U.S Coast Guard Personnel.

The personnel is permitted to book TWO cabins as long a the second cabin is occupied by a member of his/her immediate family.

Immediate Familly: husband, wfie, mother or father of the personnel or dependent children 21 years old and younger.

b) Immediate family members of active personnel. Eligible family members may book only ONE cabine if the personnel is NOT traveling.

c) Retired Personnel. Retired personnel may book ONE cabin. The retired personnel must be traveling in this cabin.

d) Deceased Personnel. Spouse of deceased personnel may book ONE cabin. The deceased may be active duty personnel or a retired personnel.

Note:Discharged Personnel (whether honourable or dishonourable) are not eligible.
